What I Value

  • Welcome! I'm Sidra, a passionate enthusiast of plant medicine and the power of sound frequencies. I started nurturing my skin at the age of 12 when I struggled with acne. Initially, I sought out the knowledge of a dermatologist but later discovered the benefits of botanical beauty (found this much later in life). From a young age, I had a fascination with ancient beauty rituals, unaware that they were a self-care act. It wasn't until I began traveling to other countries and visiting spas that I truly appreciated the diverse approaches to skincare practiced around the world.

Music, much like many aspects of our lives, profoundly influences our emotions and overall well-being. During my time in Aspen, I discovered the therapeutic power of sound through a Lakota Indian ( He was the one who guided me on how to walk alongside my ancestors.) , followed by an opera singer who later became as a sound healer. I created the Temple to unite and honor the qualities within myself that I value the most. Botanical skincare, traditional beauty practices from various cultures, sound healing, and the art of hospitality.

  • Nestled inside Cosmic Wellness. I awaken all your senses with candlelit ambiance, fragrances that evoke daydreams, floral arrangements, and sound instruments showcased throughout the space.

The treatments I offer are a blend of diverse global practices, drawing inspiration from an array of cultures from both ancient traditions and modern innovations in beauty and wellness. I offer a holistic experience that nurtures the skin, body, mind, and spirit. Whether it's the soothing rituals of Ayurvedic healing, the revitalizing secrets of Hungarian skincare, or the luxurious traditions of Polynesian spa therapies, my approach ensures a personalized and unique journey for each guest. Embrace the fusion of the old and the new, and discover a path to beauty that transcends.

  • Sensory experiences are the perceptions and reactions that arise from the sensory stimuli an individual encounters in their environment. I activate sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell—enabling individuals to engage in multiple sensations.

  • Engaging in conversation during healing treatments such as facials, sound therapy, or body treatments can disrupt the therapeutic benefits these sessions are designed to provide. Healing treatments often aim to create an environment where individuals can disconnect from daily stresses and focus on their well-being. Talking can interrupt this calm state, preventing the mind and body from fully unwinding and receiving the maximum benefits of the treatment. Moreover, therapists need to concentrate on their techniques without distractions to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Therefore, maintaining silence during these sessions helps to foster a deeper, more effective healing experience.

  • The holistic approach in skincare involves considering the skin as interconnected with the body, mind, and spirit. We believe that skin conditions are influenced by both external environmental factors and internal well-being, emphasizing that they should not be treated in isolation.

  • Clean beauty ensures that all ingredients are free from harsh, toxic, or hormone-disrupting substances.

Botanical Beauty takes it a step further, formulas are made from herbs, plants, and fruits. These products are packed with nutrients and contain ingredients with higher bioavailability to effectively nourish the skin. It's feeding your skin.

  • We carefully research ingredients/formulations associated with cancer that have been examined by the FDA and the National Library of Medicine. Alcohol, which may not be beneficial for certain skin conditions, as well as fragrances, dyes, hydroquinone, and parabens, and etc.

We don't judge your skincare preferences. Our focus is on using ingredients sourced from flowers and fruits rather using a heavy influence on chemicals. Working with natural elements adds excitement to our process. We use minimal (emphasis) chemicals depending on the skin condition.
