I will guide your group through a serene meditation complemented by breathwork techniques. The session will include a sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, a gong, ocean drums, and chimes. The frequencies produced by this sound bath will weave though and within your body and energetic field, aiding in the release of stagnant energy and promoting alignment with your body’s natural vibrations. The crystal singing bowls specifically resonate with the seven primary chakras, facilitating realignment and mental relaxation. Throughout this experience, your only task will be to breathe and flow with the soothing sounds.
