Cancellation & Reschedule policy: I understand that extenuating and unexpected circumstances occasionally arise that may impact a client's ability to show on-time. In the event of such circumstances, please email me at templeofskinandsoul@gmail.com

I understand that unexpected events can occur (i.e. severe weather, road closures, traffic, personal matters) that may make you late to your scheduled appointment. Clients who arrive 10-15 min late to their appointment will lose that time from there service. Clients who arrive over 15-min late, with or without notice will be considered a no-show and will need to book a new appointment to receive treatment. Please know it is of my highest priority to provide the most effective and valuable treatment. To continue with a service that is cut by 15 min or more compromises its value and effectiveness, which does not meet my standards. Any cancellation made within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund of the treatment cost, an additional service fee of 20% gratuity will be applied to original treatment cost.

In the case of a no-show, you will receive a 50% refund of the treatment cost, an additional service fee of 20% gratuity will be applied to original treatment cost.

A rescheduling fee of $50.00 will be charged made less than 48 hours.

Arriving

Pease arrive 10 minute prior for your scheduled service as we will go over new client form and or existing client information, if you do not arrive 10 minutes prior this will cut into your treatment.

Energetic time efficiency

I truly value comprehensive conversations. However, it's crucial for me to manage my time and energy effectively. Please note that any time exceeding your scheduled appointment will result in a fee of $25.00 for each additional 15 minutes.

Client health

Keep in mind that some conditions, such as pregnancy, and other acute health conditions may limit options. The health of clients is top priority in choosing the best treatment that is right for you. All services are customized for your individual skin type.

Payment

I accept all major credit cards, and cash.

Agreement

By proceeding too booking, you are agreeing to the terms and terms. Temple of Skin & Soul reserves the right to refuse and change service at anytime. Thank you for agreeing with the terms of my policies.
